SI 171 has been developed primarily to prevent scale in crude oil production operations. It can also be used to prevent calcium sulphate and calcium carbonate scaling

SI 171 is a synergistic mixture of chelating agents used to effectively control the scale formation in an oil field. APPLICATION
SI 171 may be injected, on a continuous basis, at 5-50 PPM dosage rates depending on the severity of the problem.

SF- 1810 is a surfactant used to modify surface tension and / or build foam during stimulation operations.

DESCRIPTION

SF- 1810 is a synergistic blending of ethoxylated surfactants and organic compound.

APPLICATION
SF -1810 is excellent surfactant and good foaming properties. It creates strong foam even at high temperature and pressure. SF- 1810 can be used in continuous injection, depending upon the requirements of system in addition to fracturing fluids solution. A positive displacement pump is advised for accurate metering.

PARAFFIN DISPERSANT (IPD-3320)

PRODUCT USE

A continuous feed of PARAFFIN DISPERSANT (IPD-3320) to prevent deposition of paraffin and other solids in tubing, flowlines, treaters, and stock tanks should be injected at a point which insures efficient mixing of the chemical in the produced fluids.

DESCRIPTION

PARAFFIN DISPERSANT (IPD-3320) is a unique blend of organic surface-active compounds combined with multiple aromatic solvents that are designed to eliminate depositions of Paraffin. IPD-3320 is particularly effective in removing accumulated paraffin deposits across the vast spectrum of waxes and since it is also a dispersant, it serves to retain the paraffin in the oil phase. The solvents in IPD-3320 facilitate the dispersion of the paraffinic crystals. IPD-3320 is typically utilized in any surface equipment where accumulations of paraffin occur as well as in flow lines and down hole. It can also be used for tank bottom cleanup, back washing filters, and to promote cleanup during well work over operations.

APPLICATION : Enhanced Oil Recovery
IPD-3320 is generally applied batch-wise by pumping IPD-3320 as the leader followed by a flush of oil or water down the annulus, or in the case of gas lift wells, pumping down the tubing. 15 gallons of IPD-3320 per foot of perforation is the recommended ratio for the treatment.

ISCAV-8200 is a specially designed Corrosion Inhibitor to be used to arrest corrosion produced due to sour gas (H2S) and CO2.

DESCRIPTION

ISCAV-8200 is a mixture of amines and volatile neutralizers. It is efficient for prevention of H2S and CO2 corrosion. The product is freeze stable and non corrosive.

APPLICATION
ISCAV-8200 should be added in concentration of 3 - 50 ppm when used continuously depending upon the seriousness of problem. It is also suitable for squeeze treatment.

Pour Point depressant for crude oils and residues.

DESCRIPTION

IPPD-3000 POUR POINT DEPRESSANT is a concentrated blend of high molecular weight polymers in an aromatic solvent. This product is designed to improve the handling of crude oils by lowering the pour point and improving the cold flow characteristics. IPPD-3000 also functions as a paraffin inhibitor by crystal distortion to prevent the deposition of heavy insoluble deposits. This product can be mixed with kerosene, diesel fuel or aromatic solvents..

APPLICATION
IPPD-3000 should be applied continuously into the crude. Dosages upto 2000 ppm or more may be required to lower the pour point of the crude to the desired level. The dosage rates are very dependent on the characteristics of the oil and of the production system.
HANDLING
IPPD-3000 is a Flammable Liquid. It is available in 200 litre drums. A Material Safety Data Sheet outlining recommended safe handling of IPPD-1000 is available upon request.

ASPHALTENE INHIBITOR

PRODUCT USE

NOS-X prepared with a variety of surfactants, solvents, and other super specialty compound. The product can be widely used in high Asphaltene content oil wells and pipelines. The added advantage of this product is it is unique combination of Asphaltene Inhibitor and wax inhibitor. It provides excellent inhibition against organic scales. Thus ensures smooth flow of crude.

DESCRIPTION

Asphaltene are aliphatic hydrocarbon waxes that are present in most crude oils. They precipitate from a crude oil at the point where the temperature falls below the WAT. These deposits reduce the internal diameter of tubulars and pipelines, restrict or block valves, and impede other production equipment to reduce capacity and, in the worst case, stop production.

NOS-X comes with a virtue of asphaltene dispersant and wax inhibitor. Also has strong capability of modifying high molecular asphaltene molecules and keep them in liquid phase. Thus it keeps pipelines free from chocking and ensures smooth transportation of crude. At the same it works as wax inhibitor.

APPLICATION
Advantage of using :
It is a combination of Asphaltene Dispersant + Wax Inhibitor. Single chemical performing the actions of two chemicals in it, which make it more efficient in terms of operational as well as commercial.

PRODUCT USE

Wax inhibitor has organic solvents as the dispersion medium. It is prepared with a variety of surfactants, mutual solvents, and other active agent compound (formula adjustable based on different conditions). The product can be widely used in high wax content oil wells and pipelines.

DRILLING DETERGENT

PRODUCT USE

It can be used in all drilling areas and can be used in virtually any water-base drilling fluid. It is used primarily in upper-hole drilling to minimize bit and Bottom- Hole Assembly (BHA) balling, reduce surface tension, and aid in dropping sand and the removal of drill solids. It may be used as an emulsifier at any point in the drilling operation to improve emulsification of oil and reduce the viscosity of oil contaminated fluids.

Drilling Detergent is an aqueous blend of surface-active agents. It is designed to reduce the surface tension of all water-base mud systems and reduce the sticking tendency of watersensitive shale cuttings.

APPLICATION
Drilling Detergent frequently reduces torque and drag, even when no oil is present in the system. It is effective in all water-base systems including freshwater, brackish water, seawater and saturated saltwater fluids.

APPLICATION
DE 161 is suitable for use in air flotation separation, gravity settling and direct filtration. When used in conjunction with standard flocculants, it produces an excellent flock in treatment range 5 – 20 PPM. Proper dosage rates have to be determined for each water. DE 161 may be pre-diluted with water or injected as supplied.
